Our Story

The legacy of the IMPERIAL brand begins with the IMPERIAL HOTEL, MIRI formerly named as Imperial Suites Miri. In year 2004, the property was taken over by Boulevard Enterprise (Miri) Sdn. Bhd., a company which is developed under the umbrella of the fast growing and diversified Boulevard Group of Companies. Since then, a substantial amount of fund was injected to renovate and rejuvenate the said hotel property and in year 2006, the 23-storey apartment building was transformed to a 4-star hotel with 119 units of Hotel accommodation and 146 units of Apartment. In 2015, we expand our property to another connecting building, Imperial Permaisuri Wing. It offers a total of 249 guest rooms which consists of Standard rooms & Superior rooms in King or Twin settings.

In 2008, the IMPERIAL’s management managed another property in Bintulu, Sarawak and named as IMPERIAL SUITES BINTULU. The suite offers 101 units of apartment and 16 units of studio room. It is an ideal to enjoy the tranquility and spacious comfort with IMPERIAL SUITES BINTULU that comes complete with business and leisure needs.

IMPERIAL PALACE HOTEL MIRI is another preferred class 4-star hotel that is developed under the IMPERIAL's brand in Miri City in year 2010. The hotel building formerly was a 5-storey shopping complex, after 16 months of construction and renovation started from early 2009, the said property was conceptually transformed into a 4-star hotel which comprises of 307 comfortable yet contemporary guest room.

With commitment to create the finest experience in Northeast Sarawak, since our commencement of business in the past 8 years, the 4-star business hotel will focus on increasing our share of the MICE market. The IMPERIAL HOTEL KUCHING will be another focus of the group in achieving the said vision. The construction of the hotel started in June 2011. The hotel is built to a 4-star business hotel with 325 units of hotel guest room and expected completion and start operation in year 2014.

IMPERIAL SUITES MIRI, an airy serviced Apartment which comprises 35 units of Studio Apartment, 106 units of 3 bedrooms Apartment and 2 units of penthouse is located 10 minutes drive to City Centre. This upscale and polished Suites has a walking distance to the beautiful beach and great eateries includes seafood restaurant, fast food chain, western and Japanese Restaurant.

Imperial Riverbank Hotel, the latest addition to the Imperial Group of Hotels in the year of 2016, is a 3-star boutique hotel located at the iconic Kuching Waterfront.
