ADVANCE BOOKING

Advance bookings can be made online at www.imperial.com.my or One Imperial App or for further enquiry please contact us at +6085 437 799. We advise our guests to make reservations in advance to secure your room and choice of room/bed. Availability of rooms/beds will be limited closer to your date of stay.

CURRENCY POLICY

Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM)

RESERVATION POLICY

Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT

Imperial Palace Hotel operates on a strict arrival check-in and checkout policy.

Check In Time : 1500 hours onward
Check Out Time : 1200 hours

For late check out request are subject to room availability and RM15.00 nett per hour shall be impose after 1300hrs. Full rate will be charged after 1600hrs which an additional room rate in real time will be imposed without further notice to the guest.

Note that children age 12 and older are charges with the adult rate.

Guest must be above 18 years old on the date of arrival or hotel have the right to refuse to check-in of the guest.

BASEMENT PARKING POLICY

  • Basement parking are based on First Come, First Basis policy
  • All vehicle(s) must be listed on registration at check-in. Parking for registered guest(s) are free.
  • Lost parking ticket will be charged at the rate of RM50nett.
  • Non in house guest will be charged at the rate of RM72nett / night.
  • Parking at your own risk. Imperial Palace Hotel shall not assumes liability or responsibility for any vehicles, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property
